ABOUT THE PROPERTIES

Heating
Each property is primarily heated by Economy 7 storage heaters. The cost of these is already included in your property charge. They also have a spare plug-in convector heater and a fan heater in the bathroom, each paid for with the pound coin meter.

Bed Linen & Towels
The beds in each property have mattress covers and duvets & pillows all with covers. We do, however, require that you either bring or hire an under sheet, an over sheet [or duvet cover] and pillowcases. The hire charge for these is £4.10 per person. Towels must also be brought or hired, the charge being £2.20 per person for a bath towel and a hand towel.

Milk & Egg Orders
Our local farmer delivers daily, so you can have very reasonably priced fresh milk and eggs on your doorstep every day - just order through the office before arrival.
